When I was young, I always wanted to be a super-villain.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, what I've always dreamed to be is some sort of writer/publisher/story-board editor/etc. Over the years, expressing my thoughts, images, and dreams through words and creative musings has been my release and escape. By joining Teacher Cadet, I hoped to gain the skills to cooperate and manage with others in a real working environment, which would be vital for the types of goals I aim to pursue.
The more I've been exposed to in the course, the more I see teaching as a profession as something else I might aspire for. I've always wanted to leave some sort of positive impact in the world, and I can't think of a better way to do so than helping children, teenagers, and young adults alike reach their own goals, whether they wish to be teachers or writers as well.
